Began his career in the industry as a mortgage originator in 1990. He spent 25 years in the mortgage industry when he retired from the industry as a regional manager for Resource One Mortgage Bankers. He received his real estate license in 1994 and formed the brokership JA Home Sales with his wife Annette in 1998. As a broker, he holds the following real estate designations:

CELA: Certified Expert Listing Agent
CREN: Certified Real Estate Negotiator

Annette Workman, Licensed Sales Agent
Began her real estate career in 1992. Worked her way to become a top agent with Re/max Complete in Brooklyn. In 1996, along with her husband, she established the brokership of JA Home Sales in Brooklyn, NY. The company moved to Queens, NY, in 2012, where it is still operating today.
JA Home Sales was established in 1998. Starting out in the Brooklyn community the agency has since expanded their coverage through out the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island as a full service Real Estate Brokerage Agency. The real estate industry has changed drastically in the past several years thus making the market more dynamic than ever.
